How Capt. John fished it

• The test: in August 2020 off Frankfort, John ran hand-cut glow strip prototypes on 2 riggers and 2 divers with FireDot and X-Glow Frog 10" BTIs and 2-fly rigs in Magnum heads.
• Result: glow strips matched or beat real herring in low light.
• No tuning: slide into a Magnum or Super Mag head and fish it.
• Charge glow strips with a UV light before each drop.
